Excelsa, Mooleh Manay
The Excelsa species are naturally sweet and fruity coffees with a light body, less caffeine and a mellow acidity. This is a beautiful example of this genus produced by Mooleh Manay in India. It is a natural process during which the fermentation amplified the fruitiness of the coffee. The sweetness is very intense (almost like someone dropped some sugar in your cup) and the aromas mouth-watering .
